Yes, it's that time of year again. Time for Applicable Large Employers as defined by the ACA to start thinking about gathering information required to complete form 1095C for there employees. Unless President Trump signs an executive order postponing or eliminating this reporting requirement, 2017 will be the first year that employers will not be find some comfort in the 'Good Faith Effort' tag. A majority of employers will outsource their form completion but that does not pass on the responsibility to get the forms correct.
