The Hill - (6/11, Hellmann) reports that Republican lawmakers in the Senate are attempting “to strike a balance that’s proving difficult: lowering healthcare insurance premiums for young adults while shielding older people from massive price hikes.” The Affordable Care Act included a provision which limited how much insurers could charge older consumers.
