Changing the Employee Benefit Conversation

postheader postheader postheader postheader postheader postheader

Recently CareConnect announced their inevitable withdrawal from the NY Small Group Health Insurance Market.  For many policy holders, this is all too familiar.  Many CareConnect policy holders already lived through a similar experience with Health Republic and want security right away.  While the details are still being worked out with the Department of Financial Services and the DOI many members are already looking for a solution.

GPI is standing by ready and able to assist you with this transition.

There are several carriers capable of replacing CareConnect. Among them are: Aetna, Empire BCBS, Emblem, HealthFirst, Oscar and Oxford. However, none may be better suited than the HealthPass Private Exchange.

HealthPass allows employers with 1-99 employees to offer a variety of benefit levels with several insurance carriers. Currently, they offer 27 plans with Oxford, OSCAR and CareConnect. On December 1st they will add HealthFirst to the list giving employees even more selection. This gives employees the ultimate choice in plans, products, networks as well as a variety of dental and vision plans.  Employers can choose to use the online HealthPass Online Portal (HOP) for open enrollment or use paper forms.
